Registration Is Open for Petrobras Bondholders Follow-On Damages Claims.

In October 2024, the Rotterdam Court issued a final judgment in the Petrobras shareholder litigation. The final judgment provided relief for certain bondholders to continue with damages claims. Information on registering a claim can be found here.

The declaratory relief ruling on liability failed to provide Petrobras equity shareholders with adequate relief. The Foundation is currently considering all options, including an appeal.

ISAF Management Company ("ISAF") provides administration and funding for eligible investors seeking compensation for damages experienced as a result of the Operation Car Wash bribery and corruption scandal.
