Robert Frome is Non-Executive Director and Chairman of International Securities Associations & Foundations Management Company LLC (ISAF). Mr. Frome has a B.S. degree from New York University, an L.L.B. Degree from Harvard University School of Law and an L.L.M. degree from New York University School of Law. Mr. Frome brings a wealth of legal and commercial experience to ISAF. He is a founding partner and Counsel to Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP and specializes in corporate and securities law. He is experienced in a wide variety of capital raising transactions representing issuers, investors and investment banks, as well as various parties in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Frome has extensive relationships in the investment community having served clients for over 30 years. His qualifications, attributes and skills include significant experience in business law and the experience attained through his service as an executive officer and a director of a publicly-traded corporation.

Adam Foulke is SVP, Business Development at International Securities Associations & Foundations Management Company LLC (ISAF). Mr. Foulke has a B.A. degree from Roanoke College and a MBA degree from Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Foulke is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Mr. Foulke manages business development for ISAF. He was most recently with Dow Jones Risk & Compliance and Kroll, Inc., where he was responsible for regulatory data and enhanced due diligence sales. Mr. Foulke spent five years at Motley Rice, a securities litigation firm, as the Director of Business Analysis, and began his career in the corporate governance field as a proxy analyst for Institutional Shareholder Services and then as a Senior Analyst at the Nasdaq Stock Market in the listing qualifications department. He has extensive experience in corporate governance consulting, market regulation, litigation analysis and business development for risk and compliance data and due diligence solutions.
Mr. Foulke also serves on the board of directors for Pardee Resources Company (OTC: PDER), a natural resources and energy management and investment company.

Ove Haxthausen’s background in management consulting brings extensive operational experience to International Securities Associations & Foundations Management Company LLC (ISAF).
Prior to joining ISAF Management Company LLC, Mr. Haxthausen held leadership positions in management and marketing consulting with various companies within the WPP Group and at management consultancies Mars & Co. and McKinsey & Co. Over more than twenty years, Mr. Haxthausen has advised clients on internal and external growth strategy, marketing and branding, as well as operational issues. Clients have spanned a variety of industries, from investment banking to consumer goods, healthcare and technology among many others.
Mr. Haxthausen began his career as an engineer in offshore oil and gas construction, overseeing operations in the North Sea and the Gulf of Guinea. Mr. Haxthausen holds a civil engineering degree from the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics in Paris and an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School.

Mr. Lionetti has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University and is a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Lionetti brings extensive experience in planning and financial analysis for individual, corporation and partnership tax preparation matters.
His previous association with one of the top six accounting firms has enhanced his accounting and financial exposure to management decisions and client retention.
