“A group of foreign investors with five law firms in the back is now ready to sue Danske Bank at the Østre Landsret for billion-dollar losses as a result of the money laundering scandal. “It seems quite clear to us that there is a connection between the way in which action has been taken – or rather not acted – by Danske Bank, and saw the significant losses that the bank’s shareholders have suffered,” says Ole Sigetty, lawyer and partner from the Danish law firm Németh Sigetty.”
